I've been feeling anxious off and on for awhile now. I can't figure out what triggers it. It gets frustrating when you start to feel better and then you don't. Today hasn't been a good one so far.

Sorry to hear that you've been feeling anxious for a while, off and on. Sometimes, we don't know what triggers our anxiety. It just happens. How does your anxiety manifest? Do you have any coping strategies that you can use?

I'm not sure what brings on my anxiety. I was under stress and feel like I'm stuck in a rut. I've found ways to cope and it helps. It just keeps coming back and that's the frustrating part. . I feel tired at times, nervous especially early in the morning, have trouble sleeping, and some other uncomfortable symptoms. I've been to my PCP and went somewhere else for a mental health assessment. I had some medical tests done and everything came back normal. They gave me medication for anxiety attacks, suggested counseling, etc. I just wish it'd ease up some.
