Hello everyone. I didn't want to share my problem with strangers, but I have to tell someone.
I suffer from anxiety and depression. I wake up every morning and start vomiting. I lose weight and feel more and more exhausted.
The problems started when I was hired for a new job. The job is important to me, it is a chance for a very good future.
I don't know what to do. I am scared and very exhausted. Just wanna be a normal
Hugs from:

Thanks for this!

Dear Bluemoon3,

I am so very, very sorry you are suffering. It is heartbreaking what you are going through. I wish I knew what to say to ease the pain you are experiencing. Have you ever consulted with a licensed physician? Sometimes there are medical reasons for the things you are suffering. I hope these Forums will be helpful to you. I have experienced many of the things you describe and they are horrible experiences.

Sincerely yours, Yao Wen

Thanks for the kind words. I really need a little support, but I'm afraid to share it with my friends.
I visited two doctors, they did all the tests and everything is fine. There is no medical reason for my condition. One of them prescribed me Deanxit treatment. But at this age I don't want to start with antidepressants (I'm only 26). I started treatment with homeopathy, but it doesn't seem to work.

anxiety can make your body feel, and react in so many embarrassing ways

I can not count the times I've found myself in an embarrassing situation because of anxiety

most recently: going to hospital because I had heart attack like symptoms, getting told that my heart is absolutely fine and their is nothing wrong with me, it is just anxiety

actually that's happened to me a few times

I'm sorry that you are struggling right now. You are not alone. I get nause and sometimes I do vomit.
