Neat group, interesting show titles. I listened to some of the one on toxic relationships and will go back and listen again sometime when I have more time.

Interesting perspective - I do know that a lot of my social anxiety is a result of fear of rejection and cognitive behavioural therapy has helped a bit, but I still believe that there is also a biological component that's helped by the meds I take.
