I think I am ready for my phone call later
a little anxious, but I am hoping for positive news about my care plan. I need it, positive news is in such short supply

Anxiety is less now I'm out of hospital but I'm also dealing with agoraphobia. I can only travel on public transport when someone is with me so its lucky I live in supported housing but I just want to beat this.

Mid-day has been difficult for me. Heat, rain and dehydration have been messing with my nerves too. Ugh, I can't stand it. Progress one day and then 6 steps back. Ugh, today was worst of all and I don't even know why I feel this way. Woke up to find myself remembering a strange dream, laughed and then felt the need to cry. not sure what is happening to my nerves but it feels like every small upset creates a new discomfort. I can't stand feeling this way. and I feel alone again.

I’m doing good with this whole Xanax every other day thing. I’m hoping to eventually go even less without taking any.

I'm anxious this morning. Since my covid test came back negative, I've decided I would take my car in for an annual service. I'm worried about showering and getting dressed. I'm afraid it will hurt. I can take it one step at a time. Shower, then sit and rest and finally get dressed. I've been washing up at the sink for the past month. I'm so afraid of the shower but I have to try.

Edit: I got my shower. I'm so glad!

I'm anxious about my ear pain this morning but I know I have tmd jaw pain so I can feel it in my ear. I hate health anxiety

I felt kind of tensed at the store. I managed to grab my items and pay. I think it;'s because people started to show up all of the sudden.

Feel anxious this morning as getting used to a new support worker but she's really lovely. I guess I'm just scared of people as I've been abused in the past.

Need time for myself. Feeling the anxiety of crowds and early fall preparation as people transition back into school, and out of quarantine. Glad some of my public safety concerns are now able to be addressed and finally taken seriously. Hoping social distancing continues to be taken seriously. I am only nervous too much will return to the way it was before. Want to stay home but know I shouldn’t shut myself in - will try again tomorrow.

I was a little anxious this morning. I didn't know what to do with myself. So I read in bed then took a nap. I'm doing much better now.

Feeling anxious now, I'm sensitive to noise and the neighbour's across the garden seem to be noisy this evening. Shouting and telly on loud. Thank God I keep my windows closed and radio in the background at night

I managed to stay fairly calm yesterday. I am already feeling anxious this morning. I need to get back to that calm state and keep it going today.

It’s hard to tell what’s anxiety and what’s not. I think most of it is. The other stuff is sleep and nutrition. I don’t think I’m actually sick...

Feeling really anxious yesterday and today. So much so that I’ve been physically ill. That’s unfortunate as I’d been doing so well. I’ll try to relax and distract myself today.

I'm a little anxious this morning. I'm waiting on a company to come by and remove a junk pile. I don't know exactly when they'll show. I'm just ready to get this over with. Waiting is making me anxious.
