Anxiety Daily Check-In point #7

I feel a little anxious this morning. I'm working on a task. But soon I'll be done and I can relax again.

I guess I feel a little anxious because I had ringing in my ear this morning (well, less ringing, more person walking across the grass)

and my ear feels a bit closed, but this happens to me quite often sooo

hopefully just another regular occurance

I feel calm as long as I don't watch or think about the news.

I'm feeling ok right now. I fulfilled some small goals & I don't have to go anywhere today. There is a phone call, though, that I'm putting off that makes me nervous.

My anxiety isn't too bad today but it's still present.

today is firework night, but, because of covid, all pubblic firework displays have been canceled

so, hopefully I won't hear any. I do live next door to a few kids so if their parents decide to do something in the garden I'll hear some.

but I hope not.. don't like them

I feel pretty calm this morning. I will focus on relaxing today.

My Xanax XR is helping much more than the regular Xanax. I don’t get why doctors are so hesitant to prescribe benzos. Yeah I know the addiction part but they truly do work wonders for anxiety. It seems like the XR has been a life saver so far. I was in a deep hole last week and early this week.

I am feeling some anxiety.

I’m not too bad. But I am getting antsy just like millions of Americans.

Hi all! Im brand new to Psych Central. I have a lot of issues I'm needing help with but have yet to get/find the help I need & am suffering so much. Also, having to figure out how this forum/site works. Good to be here & I hope to be able 2 make some trustworthy friends here as I have absolutely none in my outside life.

My Xanax XR was working great. Now it’s like I haven’t even taken any. So I wonder if there’s something else going on. This has happened many many times before where it turns out it wasn’t anxiety in the first place.

Anxiety was mild today.

I feel calm. I really don't get anxious unless I have to leave the house. I talked to my med provider about it. I wanted visteral. I've had that in the hospital and it helps calm me. But my med provider gave me a beta-blocker instead. That just made me sick. I guess I just have to deal with my anxiety. I don't know why I can't have visteral. Maybe I could ask.

I am thankfully not experiencing anxiety this morning & hope to keep this healthier feeling throughout the day, & maybe can fulfill some goals.

I know that sometimes we’re anxious for no reason and we just have to let the feeling pass. I just wish my anxiety meds would work the way they used to. Like the way they did a week ago.

I left a message with my pnurse that the beta-blocker was no good but she hasn't called back. I really want visteral. I guess she won't call until my next appointment. I really need to find a new provider.
