Hi all! Im brand new to Psych Central. I have a lot of issues I'm needing help with but have yet to get/find the help I need & am suffering so much. Also, having to figure out how this forum/site works. Good to be here & I hope to be able 2 make some trustworthy friends here as I have absolutely none in my outside life.

My Xanax XR was working great. Now it’s like I haven’t even taken any. So I wonder if there’s something else going on. This has happened many many times before where it turns out it wasn’t anxiety in the first place.

I feel calm. I really don't get anxious unless I have to leave the house. I talked to my med provider about it. I wanted visteral. I've had that in the hospital and it helps calm me. But my med provider gave me a beta-blocker instead. That just made me sick. I guess I just have to deal with my anxiety. I don't know why I can't have visteral. Maybe I could ask.

I am thankfully not experiencing anxiety this morning & hope to keep this healthier feeling throughout the day, & maybe can fulfill some goals.

I know that sometimes we’re anxious for no reason and we just have to let the feeling pass. I just wish my anxiety meds would work the way they used to. Like the way they did a week ago.

I left a message with my pnurse that the beta-blocker was no good but she hasn't called back. I really want visteral. I guess she won't call until my next appointment. I really need to find a new provider.

I saw my provider via video chat because I have run out of Visteral and also my Zoloft. He told me it was good that I was talking to a psychologist since I I'm afraid of going out. I miss my old doctor from five years ago since she had more patience.

Having trouble keeping my emotions under control this week on my job. I wish I had support at work...just wish I had someone that could help calm me down when work gets stressful.

I worry about my YouTube account being banned due to the cyber bullying who made false allegations against me of being a troll out of retaliation. I change my information when I delete my gmail account. I couldn't get on my YouTube account that really cause me some anxiety
