I don’t feel too bad today anxiety wise. But I usually don’t feel bad until later in the afternoon. My Xanax is prescribed once a day not as needed and I’ve been taking it around this time. I wonder if I should wait until I’m legit anxious to take it. My doctor is weird though the way he throws out benzos with basically zero questions asked.

I don't really feel anxious but I am having chest pain like I'm anxious. If it's not anxiety then maybe it's GERD. It's making me a little anxious as far as my thoughts go. I've been sleeping all day. I may go to bed soon and try to sleep all night.

After being a victim of cyber bullying in 2018 that got bad throughout 2019. I worry that my new gmail account will be banned because of the troll making false allegations against me.

I have been okay this past few day. I called the pharmacy today because it has been two days and my meds were not ready. I'm afraid of going, I hope I can lose this fear soon.

I have no anxiety. I have been talking to myself, the way I was taught with cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT.) And I think Sunday is going to be a better day.

I am quite anxious about the fact that I still don't have an advent calendar for christmas. I should probably order one online (no way am I coping with the lockdown crowds), but I've not done it yet- I really should, I found out today their's only 6 weeks left until christmas day, so that's about 4 to get the calendar (need it for the first)

I have therapy tomorrow and I’m nervous about it. She’s been really hard on me lately and I feel like throwing up every time we meet. I don’t think that’s how therapy is supposed to work.

I feel anxious because my cat is crying. I think she wants food. I'm trying to get up to give it to her. I just have no energy. I can't even feed myself. I'm just very fatigued.

I took my night meds super early with peanut butter. I was hoping my night meds would help my massive anxiety. Now I have a ton of anxiety and a stomach ache full of peanut butter.

it's been a difficult 24 hours.

1 panic attack, several flashbacks and 2 absences.

ugg. I am feeling quite drained from it all.

today feeling a bit on edge. no real reason, I just am
