I feel calm this morning. I got plenty of sleep last night. Like about 12 hours.

Seeing damage done to some others in my teens through their divorces really scared me. I feel anxious about what can and does happen, because I have seen it and know it always happens. I have not yet seen a fair and square ‘friendly’ divorce.

I just took my second Xanax. Anyone who says there’s no magical anxiety pill has never been prescribed 2 milligrams of Xanax a day.

I feel pretty chilled out today. Perhaps a bit too much. But there’s not like there’s any chores I’m neglecting. Everything was done on New Year’s Eve. It’s ok to do a self care day.

My anxiety was sucky today. I took 1 milligram of Xanax before it was even 8AM. Then I took my second one at 12:30. I ended up taking my night meds 3.5 hours earlier then I have been lately. Right now I feel better then I did earlier but tired.
