I don’t have the anxiety anxiety I had before. I have some health anxiety though.

I've been put in a no win situation and am trying to stop feeling so much anxiety about it. My values make only one choice in this situation right for me and it will make some family members unhappy with me, but I accept that. Why do I still feel so much anxiety about it?

I feel a little anxious this morning but not too bad. I have to leave the house today. I'm taking my little cat to the vet. I'm worried about driving and I'm worried about her. But I keep telling myself that everything will work out.

I am anxious for my shower tomorrow. I guess I just don't want to be in pain and feel like my whole body is useless (it is, but extra)

I do have some anxiety today. I didn’t sleep that well last night and I drank a 52oz bottle of diet sweet tea without a glass.

Thank you! I was nervous driving but I made it. My cat has a urine test to do. But so far everything is good.

at the moment: no anxiety.

this morning I doubted my safety because I had a really intense night of flashbacks, but I'm okay. I know where I am, and I know I'm safe. was just hard to realise I'm not being hurt

A little anxiety. I am glad the "magic words" (motivational quote I made) works. It lower my anxiety, although I am still doubt if I'll be ok and able to make it.

I was reading that anxiety and excitement are very close and that is a matter of switching our own self thoughts towards anxiety. What do you guys think?

I’m always very anxious. My anxiety already generalized according to my PD.

If you follow CBT, it says anxiety is a product of our thoughts. Therefore, change your thoughts and you change how you feel. I know... easier said than done.

I have felt some excitement before which sort of felt like anxiety. I just had to do deep breathing and calm myself down. It was too intense.

I hope your anxiety gets better.

Today I have been calm. I'm just sleepy this morning and I have been journaling and drinking cappuccino. That's my version of a benzo. Lol! Hope everyone is well!

I thought that my mania had passed, but last night realized that its still here, and that I still won't be able to drive. I woke up feeling very anxious about it. More than I've been in the last few weeks even with mania.
