I was a little anxious this morning. I didn't know what to do with myself. So I read in bed then took a nap. I'm doing much better now.

Feeling anxious now, I'm sensitive to noise and the neighbour's across the garden seem to be noisy this evening. Shouting and telly on loud. Thank God I keep my windows closed and radio in the background at night

I managed to stay fairly calm yesterday. I am already feeling anxious this morning. I need to get back to that calm state and keep it going today.

It’s hard to tell what’s anxiety and what’s not. I think most of it is. The other stuff is sleep and nutrition. I don’t think I’m actually sick...

Feeling really anxious yesterday and today. So much so that I’ve been physically ill. That’s unfortunate as I’d been doing so well. I’ll try to relax and distract myself today.

I'm a little anxious this morning. I'm waiting on a company to come by and remove a junk pile. I don't know exactly when they'll show. I'm just ready to get this over with. Waiting is making me anxious.

I started the day with high anxiety, but was able to bring it down to a low level later in the day. It helped to get out of the house.

My anxiety is high again this morning. I managed to get it down to a moderate level yesterday through tapping (enough to enjoy the pool) but it’s back up again. There’s a lot of panic and fear. I talk to my therapist tomorrow. Hopefully that and a Xanax will help.

It's pretty bad. I had to call for an emergency T appointment tonight at 7:30. My wife wants me to go into the hospital for observation. But that'll interfere with getting my pink slip.

I don’t know to be honest. I had a crap ton of protein and water today for the first time in days and zero soda and I am feeling better now then I did earlier today and yesterday. So is it anxiety my diet or a virus or a mix.

I feel calm today. I've been productive which is helping with my mood. I'm just taking things one step at a time. Later I will relax by doing some creative work.

I’m feeling much calmer now. I had a session with my therapist and that helped. My medication is helping. Mainly, I decided that the situation is what it is and I’m strong enough to deal with any fall out.

I'm feeling a little anxious about things this morning. I haven't been able to sleep very well. I'm not sure why. I'm trying to tell myself to relax, don't worry and it will all work out. Maybe I will try to meditate.

I was going through some stuff and I realized that I have 8 days until I get my period so maybe I felt so badly these last 2 days because of PMDD and bad anxiety and not just because of pure depression and SAD. Would make a lot more sense.
