I've managed to address most of the things (I have control of) that have been worrying me this week, but I still feel anxious. I wonder if it is very difficult for some of us to feel no anxiety.

Anxiety was mild for me today.

Yzen, I think that indeed it may be hard for some of us not to feel anxiety.

I had some covid related anxiety. But it wasn’t too bad overall. I took 2 baths today which were medically necessary but they also helped my anxiety a lot.

I had a little anxiety earlier this morning. But now I am feeling fine. I excited cause I ordered from Dunkin Donuts this morning. So I'm in a good mood. I plan to meditate later today. It helps keep my anxiety down.

Anxiety is sucky again. Even with my night meds. Maybe I’ll try another Xanax.

I was doing ok until about 2 when my anxiety nose dived. I just took 2 Xanax making that a total of 3 today. I’ve really been taking the maximum lately. I saw my doctor yesterday who didn’t say a word about the Xanax and neither did I. No good doctor would try taking a patient off a benzo right now if not necessary. At least I would hope so.

I have been fearing a second full lockdown.

I've been reading that their is the possibility of a second wave heading for the UK, and this country has made so much progress in re-opening, trying to return life to normal, and it's been relaxed week by week, it will be ashame to go back to where we started

I was going to the pharmacy in the morning, but in the parking lot since it was full and saw a lot of people going inside. I told my dad to drive my home so I didn't pickup my meds.

Things are getting worse her with Covid-19. I'm not more anxious. I'm more depressed. But I have been stressed over my personal projects. Today I will try to relax.

I believe we are on the brink of a second wave

our government has halted the easing of lockdown, so that can't be good.

my guess?

in a few weeks (possibly sooner), things will be as they were at the start of this pandemic. I don't want to turn this in to a political debate, but I'm not sure our government handled it the right way (I think some restrictions were eased too quick.)

I’m exhausted and feel lazy, worn out. All of my motivation came and went with a flip of a switch. I feel over it.
