My main symptom is anxiety. I'm worrying at times about having psychosis since I hear voices around the time I sleep or wake up. I've heard about hypnagogic hallucinations, but they can make it hard to get rest. My dreams are very vivid. Sometimes I'm getting thoughts that don't make sense either when I'm falling asleep. Another thing I noticed is I'm getting thoughts out of nowhere from the past. Some pleasant and others that weren't as good experiences. I usually keep busy and that does help. I just wish I could find some relief or an answer to this.
