Still plagued with anxiety.
I'm sleepy and going back to sleep. That will give me an escape for a while. |

I think I’ve only taken 2 Valium today. But I’m not sure. I’m gonna have to start cutting them in half and hope that helps because I’m about 5 or 6 days short now.
My anxiety is sucky but I’d be concerned if it weren’t. __________________ I'm Blue |

No major anxiety as of late, but I still can't go out in public without feeling contaminated by everything surrounding me. My goal is to be able to go out and not have that fear surrounding me constantly.

I think I just took 3 Valium today. My anxiety was kinda sucky but a lot of it is the PMS I’m dealing with. I took a Geodon early. Then I took half of my other meds about 2 hours ago. I’m about to take my melatonin now and go lie down. Then take my Geodon awhile after that. I hope I don’t have another night like last night. I think I’ll be ok though. I don’t typically have 2 very bad nights in a row anymore.

Since waking up this morning I've had anxiety. I had it last evening too. It feels pretty bad.
I'm used to depressive bouts, but I'm not accustomed to getting this anxious. I hate this. |

Things were going great with my anxiety until it escalated suddenly and I took one Valium and then doubled up on the last 2. The nurse asked me how often I take it. Why does everyone lose their **** over Valium? I’ve been asked about it a few times by both medical and mental health professionals.

Went to the doctor. It seems I still may need to go back to the hospital, depending what the bloodwork shows.
I explained how anxiety is making me nuts. MD ordered me some Ativan. I'm not really feeling it. |

I'm doing better than I was. I took my PRN and I colored in my new coloring book. I feel pretty calm.

The anxiety is much better today. Just occasional moments of stress & then I'm ok again.

I haven’t taken any Valium yet. I have some bathroom and food anxiety right now because people are over. By people I mean my family. I have a bag of carrot Goldfish that I’ve just been grazing at for an hour. But my overall anxiety is ok. I’m just a bit self conscious about things.

I don't think I'll ever get over my severe anxiety. Klonopin helps. So that's what I've been taking for it. Along with my other meds I take for mental health issues.
I'm super anxious about starting a new job. __________________ "Whatever you can do, or dream you can, begin it. Boldness has genius, power, and magic in it!” |

I am much less anxious today, but I habe the Ativan, if I need it. I'm so greatful to the MD I saw yesterday. She was kind and warm and empathetic. She touched my hand and remarked how cold it was. And she ordered Ativan for my anxiety. I felt so listened to and cared about.

Yeah I counted my Valium and I am 10 pills short. So in September I’ll have to go down to 2 a day for a few days. I’m just trying not to worry about it now. But I took my 3 for the day pretty much all at one time and early and they aren’t really working. So I took my 20 Geodon around 12:30 and now I’m just exhausted. But not anxious. I have a heating pad on too and I find heat to be helpful for my anxiety. I was thinking of taking one of my anti vertigo meds earlier. I’m not dizzy but they do make me feel relaxed. Yeah I don’t always use meds the way they are supposed to be for. I can take half my night meds in half an hour. Which won’t even be mid afternoon by then. But I’m hoping to really be stable both physically and mentally by the holidays. I’m not sure what to do about my food situation today. I don’t feel like eating but it’s not anxiety related food phobia. I just don’t have any desire to eat.
I think today is just mostly PMS. __________________ I'm Blue |
