30 years of hell with anxiety/depression and still no relief.
Countless meds and check ups.
Is there any hope?

((((((( peters ))))))) There is always hope!

Welcome to PC. I'm glad you found us. Please keep posting and reading. There are so many wonderful folks here who can give you ideas that have worked for them. They are also great at just giving a hug when needed and some conversation so you don't feel as though you are all alone in this battle.

Why don't you let us know what kind of things you have done to try to help yourself. Maybe we can all brainstorm together and come up with other ideas you can try?

I wish you well peters.....and I know how difficult things can be at times. Hold on tight and take it minute by minute if that's all you can muster up right now.

I agree, there is always hope. If for no other reason than our understanding of anxiety is constantly improving. Therapeutic techniques are getting better, meds are getting better, and more and more people are getting better.

Don't give up. Be safe.

There's always hope. Maybe you haven't found the right therapist or dr. yet. Or maybe you also need people to share your stories and troubles with.

This is a caring and helpful bunch of people here. Please join us and maybe we can all learn from and help each other.

Namaste,
Misty

I'm so sorry that you're still on the path for the right med combo. There is hope, keep trying!
