Had an anxiety win for the past two days. Had anxiety but worked through it doing corporate training with an audience looking over my shoulder.

I'm having a good morning. then again I don't have to go into work. I sometimes I feel my anxiety is largely performance/ work based where I am sitting like a monkey in front of a computer screen

I got out of the house today. I went to Costco. I wasn't totally relaxed there, but it was okay. I'm real glad I went out.

Having a lot of anxiety today. Nothing helps it. I don't know what to do. I stopped klonopin 2 wks ago so I could get ECT in the hospital. I got 4 treatments and couldn't take anymore ECT (from the confusion).

I don’t handle change well, if at all.
We’re close to the end of this season, which means starting next season, ‘The Price is Right’ will be filming in an entirely new studio for the first time in over a decade. Honestly, I wish I’d never found out about the move cause now I’m scared it’ll be too different. We’re not losing Drew in any way, which helps a lot, but I still don’t like the thought of it. __________________ My heart has wi-fi and the password is Drew Carey. |

I don’t handle Drew being hurt in any way well either, fictional context or otherwise.
I’ve been going through his sitcom and the season I’m on ends with him in a coma. I know it’s not real and that he was and is okay irl, but I’m still not ready to see that. Plus, there’s been a few times where he’s hosted TPIR with a sling on and/or while using a cane, and I was so shaken by it that it’s not even funny. I - I think I’m afraid that one day something will happen to him that he won’t recover from. I know, I’m weird and stupid.
