How is my anxiety? Up there today because of issues with gender dysphoria and being on hormones and thinking it's really better for me to ween off them. The fear of discovery too....

Sometimes I get anxious about being anxious. Then it spirals downward after that.
 I just want the night to end so I can get up already as bedtime isn’t what it used to be: Reprieve and escape. Thanks to an upstairs neighbor who’s a night owl and the effing laminate flooring they use now instead of carpet, I get awakened or find it harder than usual to nod off.  ——— Posted directly on site using iphone __________________  Call me "owl" for short! Anxiety is pretty bad today. I am hoping it will be better in a little while. I am thinking of taking an as needed medicine.

I'm not having anxiety today. I hope this continues till I catch up on stuff I need to get done. My recent anxiety was disabling, and the nights were awful.

Saw new therapist today. Got nervous and felt my anxiety rising. It's automatic, I can't control any of it. He doesn't know if he can help.

 I had some anxiety :hug over missing money from my bank account today  now that I had everything straightened out?  I managed to :hug calm down.
