Mine is also up & down, unpredictably.

I haven't been triggered by a delusional intrusion in almost a week.

I was anxious earlier. But I took a PRN, did GRAPES and CBT.

I still have anxiety after finishing with a distraction, which seems to be my best helper. One of my problems is being super sensitive to noises, like airplanes & traffic & lawnmowers & barking dogs. The worst is the stress from the voices.

Do any of you struggle with anxiety around transitions? I find can be more anxious if for example I stop one activity and start another. I was totally fine reading and then I stopped to get online and I noticed a huge wave of anxiety. I also notice it during scheduled transitions for example if I have to go run and errand or if my caregiver shifts from one to another midday. I am wondering if you have any tips or tools that might help. ty

I don’t have the extreme anxiety I had last week, but it’s still there. I’m more stressed and frustrated then anxious. I’m taking my Valium and sometimes it helps, sometimes it doesn’t. It’s still better then the Xanax though which I haven’t felt like I needed.

I still don’t have the bad stuff I had last weekend. But I am worried about this weekend since they seem to be really tough for me this time of the month.

I am worried that I took to much of my anxiety and depression medicine because I couldn’t remember if I took it so I took the medicine just in case I didn’t. It gave me some anxiety.

I had some anxiety about getting ready for a doctor's appointment, but it's starting to get better. I'm almost dressed.

I didn’t take my morning meds until 7:30. So I don’t have the intense anxiety I had last night. But it’s still sucky and it very well could escalate into the anxiety from last night. Which is why I gave my mom my meds.

My anxiety is mild. It's late and I don't know what else to do. I've been working on projects and chores.

My anxiety was tough this morning. Then it got better around 11:30. I’ve taken all 3 of my Valium today just so my anxiety won’t get out of control later tonight and then the Valium won’t work and I’ll have issues. But overall I’m doing well today with my anxiety.

I have a little anxiety. It's time for my Klonopin. So I will take one and try to relax.

My anxiety was super high yesterday. All I wanted to do was sleep but my mind wouldn't let me. I took 2 ativqn 6 hours apart the last one finally got me calm enough to sleep. So far today is much better.

My anxiety was fine all day until it got suddenly very bad. I took 2 Valium and then my regular night meds. I’m not sure what happened because things were fine and then they just got bad.

Currently I still feel off both physically and mentally. But it’s the night before I get my period and I did just chug a caffeine free Coke.

I've been feeling anxious, so I'm trying to talk myself into having courage, & I'm thinking of possible steps I can take to change the way things are, things that I feel anxious about.

I’ve been frustrated all day today. Not really anxious. I didn’t have any coffee though just a Coke. Just enough caffeine to keep me from having withdrawals but not enough to set me off.

Med change coming: My psychiatrist had me wean off paxil and start trintellex in the last 3 weeks . Since the change my anxiety has been through the roof It is not helping me sleep less which was the original goal So he is putting me back on paxil and off the trintellex and taking me off caplyta and onto rexulti. I am a bit timid about the changes bc I have a problem with akathesia and TD with new anti-p but I am trying to keep an open mind

I'm calm, which is surprising. I haven't had any Klonopin today.
