Any women here noticed their anxiety sky rockets at that time of the month?

hello..oh yes, my anxiety peaks at this time and it almost put's me to where I am on the verge of almost losing control!
I hate it, it really scares me sometimes..my insides shake.....it is like pms but 10x worse...can u imagine that and as a women pms is bad but my anxiety intensifies.
I wish I could stop it but I feel at this point ...I have no control ((((shudders)))))))))))))

Oh, yes, my anxiety and depression and everything did. I'm through menopause and still I swear there are differences at different times of the month. Haven't figured it out quite yet.
