I know its wrong, but I do these things anyway, because I want to, because I like to. It makes me more anxious because my mind is torn inside with the conflict of should I and my conscience telling me "don't". But I want to; I like the effects. I hate the health consequences, my conscience warning me. I like these habits!

hey there...i don't know cos i have the same problem too...but in my case i do it because i cant seem to go a day without it...maybe because there's nothing interesting really in the day to look forward to?
the 2 days when ive escaped it was when i had a date with someone i really really like(who dumped me anyway a few days later) and when i had companies to speak to till midnight..so no chance plus i was tired.. but really..i don't know.im trying to keep myself in places i like so i can stay for ages(like journaling or studying in starbucks of bookstore-cafes..)which usually works until i get home..but i suppose it's better than binge-purge continously the whole day.. im sorry this post is probably too long..but thought id share something.. good luck! *k* ![]() |
