<font color=purple>Kinda sounds like OCD.. but I freaked last night about chicken.
I questioned my BF about washing hands prior to cutting up the chicken.... (that's not so bad because it's good to know if he did) He rinised off the cutting board and flipped it on to the other side so I could cut up the tomato , but the side that was now on the glass cutting board wasn't washed properly.... now is contaminated with ecoli. I freaked out, and started to spray the glass cutting board with Lysol bacteria spray.... Then I questioned myself, was the spray good enough to kill the bacteria from the raw chicken? Are the dishes that touched the raw meat now clean while in soapy water? I've never EVER had this Fing issue before. EVER since the BBQ a while back with the raw hamburger!! Now I am worried about everything. I ate the fried bean fajitas that my friend and BF cooked, she is a vegetarian so didn't eat the chicken. My BF did, and I ate 2 bean fajitas instead, maybe I was avoiding. The un stanitized cutting board made me go kinda mad. I've never done this before.. The last night also I drank out of my water bottle and though I got the bacteria spray on the bottle... LOL....... I am being nutty. But last night was terrible! Sundance, it does kinda sound like ocd. A rational fear has become irrational and you are being avoidant. Anyway that's my opinion from parenting a daughter with severe ocd. Hope you are feeling better.

That was a one time thing, the freak out. I've never acted that way before.
It all started like I said I think on another post ever since we were at a BBQ and had uncooked burgers, now I get anxiety with meet, more specifically Chicken or ground beef....
