For sure it was caused by my anxiety, I had a brief experience with OCD. When I was so paranoid about my heart after the surgery when the anxiety was at its all time high, I had about 3 weeks where all I would check my blood pressure with my blood pressure cuff 10-15+ times a day and I would carry it wherever I went. To work, out to eat, anywhere. Luckily I have chilled out and I dont have to take it everywhere I go. I have optimal blood pressure, but I didn't care, I needed to check it, because I felt like if I didnt, I would all of a sudden have high-blood pressure creep up on me if I forgot the cuff at home even just once. Glad thats over!!!!! brief OCD

yes, thank-you so much, it feels soooooooooooo good not having that OCD moment hanging over my head. It was pretty rediculous but obviously all of you with anxiety knows it can make you feel so scared that somethings going to happen if you dont keep on your toes every second.
