The Linden Method! I just started this about two weeks ago and am surprisenly doing great. I think the real problem began when I started taken the meds for anxiety and depression. My body got dependant on them for dealing with stress. I should have just dealt with the stress and anxiety head on the "natural way". Off all meds (I started weaning last February before I'd even heard of the Linden Method; valium the hardest to get rid of). Just stopped the last of Buspar and will never touch any of that stuff again. I may feel bad, or sick, or anxious, whatever; but it's not going to kill me and I need to feel it to deal with it or I'll never break the cycle. Good luck with the Linden Method, I've already set a goal of a vacation in January which scares the mess out of me. I love it! I've been afraid of being afraid! Who wants to be cured?

Haha, too cool. I'm glad that it has been working for you. Now all I have to do is get mine. The bloody info pack is taking FORVER to get here, but so is the misery of living a million miles from anywhere.
