Um yea.... My favorite little buddy by the name of anxiety is hanging around the corner and poking at me. Ahh I just want to smack my little buddy and tell it to leave me alone.

i'm sorry to hear that try drinking some herbal tea to soothe ur nerves valerian and chamomile is very good also stay online and go to chat in the chatroom everyone in there will be by ur side and u will be distracted from the anxiety love steph
