Does anyone else have this problem?

Over my life I've fainted a couple times... aprx 8 that I can remember... and on Friday night I fainted again, but I did twice in a row, and I know that I would have fainted at least 2 more times if i hadn't of been sitting down.

I read that fainting is more common with people who have anxiety disorders... but the thing is, I wasn't anxious when I fainted. I was actually having a really good time with my cousin who came to visit me, and them bam, randomly fainted Fainting

When I fainted before, it was always for medical/illness reasons. For example, when I got my wisdom teeth out, and when i had jaw surgery, I fainted once after them. And I've fainted before when I've been sick - but just with the flu.

Anyhow... I'm kind of nervous about this now. Before Friday, the last time i fainted was about a year and 1/2 ago... and now i'm worried it might be something else.

jacq, I think you should see a medical doctor. This could be a symptom of something physical and you should rule those out first.

I don't have the sort of anxiety that would cause fainting but I could certainly see where panic attack style anxiety could do it.

I have never fainted in my life. When my anxiety is out of control i get that fainting feeling but it never happens.
