i have had the same twitch, in the same spot for over two weeks. I have tracked the things that might trigger it and found that when I am most anxious it starts. Could twitching be a type of anxiety? Or is it just something I should get checked out with my eye doctor(it's in my eye) But I also get twitches on my legs and arms. I don't really know what it is but it's been going on for about a week.
What do you guys think?

It could be something to do with your medication if you have changed that recently, or it could be stress, or something physical. Its most likely just stress tho and i think it happens to everyone to some degree at some point in their life.

Damag. It could be a number of things but the best thing to do in your case is to have a physical to see wht a professional recommends to do at this time for the twitching. Take care. I hope things get better for you in the future. Soidhonia

I get that twitching from time to time myself. Active nerve endings bouncing along the way....joy of joys.
There was a month a few years back where my left index finger twitched 24/7...it was the most annoying thing. I would try to type and my finger would twitch and type something bizarre ![]() Twitching can come from a number of things....meds, anxiety, lack of excercise, strain or medical issues. If you haven't had a check up in a year I would suggest getting one and let the dr know whats going on. If you are taking meds, find out from the pharmacist or look online for side affects of those meds and see if twitching is one. I have also found the more I pay attention to the twitches the worse they get or the longer they last...so I try hard to ignore them. Hope you stop twitching soon! ![]() sabby |

Thinking about it, I am almost over my anxiety, and I do have to say I had the most random twitches in my entire life!
