I know it is anxiety, but it has been a long time since I've had this feeling... and I can't stop focusing on it.

I feel like my throat is closingThat can be so uncomfortable and distracting. Is there anyway you could take some time out to relax, like with a hot bath or meditation? I know that is not always possible but it might help. I hope it goes away soon.
Take care,
Sarah

I'm sorry you are going through such a tough time right now. Is there anything that helps distract you? I find that distraction works best for me.
