I'm having to take some quite extreme measures to try to stay safe

You’re choosing to close your PM box for whatever reasons……whether or not you share those reasons is entirely up to you. This site is very well run in that it doesn't allow posters to chime in with personal opinions when they overrun the personal boundaries of the original poster. Good thing you're the one in charge of what you post about you, eh?

This is a huge step for you to own your sense of safety as your responsibility. You are the one in control of what you read, where you post and whether or not you post at all. Not Mr. Bear, not other members, but you-the bear-herself!

Fuzzy you’ve come so far in so many years. Less than a year ago you could barely manage a growl for most posts and now you’re wordy mcgertie! Congrats on your continued growth and healing!

Can you imagine a year from now? One can only hope that moving forward is a positive thing and the passage of time brings about more peace and understanding........that hope comes from the knowledge of how much work it can take to change things that aren't easy to change.
