This would be a good time to have relaxation CD's to do. The deep breathing and the soothing calming voice are really helpful.

I have found that if I "stop" immediately and look at whatever song is playing or what I was just immediately thinking, I can usually figure out some trigger to sudden anxiety like that.

Have u ever heard of creating a safe place? Its all inside and you create this place you go in your mind that you feel safe and loved. It sounds stupid and it took me 6 months to find one and get it.
