Welcome Bear, I see people posting each issue on each forum (as they come up) or posting everything on the most most pressing forum (the issue that is the most pressing at the time). Whatever you do it won't be wrong!

It's just a mix and match "game" :-) You think about what you're feeling about a particular problem and post in that forum. Next thought/idea might have you posting somewhere else. Glad you're back bigbear!

hey, I am new to this site, so forgive me If I am not responding correctly... One of my main goals to signing up for this web site is to gain/and know others that are feeling the same way I am...
It has been a pleasant surprise to find people using the same words that I am using to describe my inner feelings.
bigbear, I feel your pain, I also was sexually and verbally and physically abuse... I believe the "normal" person doesn't understand how it feels... I think mostly it is a feeling of abandonment (man, I glad for spell checker)
I pray for your additional problems of eating disorder and suicidal, the latter if God were to ask me if I wanted to go to heaven right now My answer would be "how soon can you get me" and please don't let any one hurt because I am gone... in fact I really believe it would be better.... that is the emotional part of me... the analictal part of me says that I have no right to hurt people like this.. My only goal is to make a difference, I feel like I should know after ... well I am older... to know and I believe this with all my soul... that I was put on earth to make a difference, through my Vidography and photography, I just want to find the goodness in everyone and celebrate that...ok, I am sorry, I didn't really answer your question.... I believe you are a child of God, and he/she has sent you to earth for a reason.... Good luck I am 58 and I am still not exactly sure.. or I let ,my ability to trust any one.
take care!

Welcome! Please post wherever you feel like your question/topic fits!

Anxiety disorders (especially GAD) make it difficult to make decisions sometimes. On some days, I'm not sure if I should brush my teeth first or take a shower!

The more you talk about and explore your issues in a supportive, helpful atmosphere, the less power they have over you. I post a lot . I wouldn't have it any other way. It's helpful. You might even be able to help other people. We all need to be understood and not feel alone-- we talk about our issues here because we really aren't alone, and this place is safe to share.

Sounds to me, that your doing pretty good! Thats great. Yeah I understand so much how you feel. Its nice being able to say how I feel without pretending all the time. I feel pretty lousy. I cant even put my finger on the real reasons why right now. I just feel lousy.
Your words were so n ice to me though. thank you

(((((((((((((bigbear))))))))))))))

in the few months that l have beeb here what l see is this

it doesnt matter if our needs are many
it doesnt matter if we dont fit in a box
it doesnt matter if we get it wrong

what matters most is you
it matters that we need some help
it matters that we hurt and sad
it matters that we stay safe
it matters because we all care

so yes we care for you too, so take it slow and beguided what you need for you. post where you feel comfortable and l'm sure that you will see that you belong right here at PC. this is beacuse we know the hurt and pain and we do really care.
mandyxx

warm and safe hugs bigbear

Completely understandable, and a VERY normal experience for anxiety sufferers (like me).

This forum has helped me to open up more. You are safe here to share--in fact, I learn something all the time. If nothing else, remember "nothing ventured, nothing gained."
