I'm lost and don't know where to turn. I'm not quite sure if this will help or not. I've been dealing with this for 8 years and seen many doctors and tried lots of different meds and methods. I did get a little better and went and got a job. But its very stressful no matter what I do. I'm scared to death of making people mad or making a mistake.

Are you in therapy? There are reasons why you are afraid of making a mistake or making people mad. You can understand these reasons and work past them. I would assume that you grew up not wanting to do these things for very valid reasons............

What current meds are you on? Have the doctors mentioned any anxiety disorders or a diagnosis?

Hello Stacey19, it's nice to meet you.
![]() I agree that you might find therapy helpful, anxiety has it's causes and those things need to be worked through, it can be a lengthy process but it is really worth it. I am sorry that you are so stressed out, do you practice any self care techniques? It can be meditation, taking a hot bath, reading a good book pretty much anything that you enjoy and find relaxing, I have found these type of things very helpful. There is a lot of support here, please keep posting this is a wonderful resource. ![]()
