I have been having a lot of anxiety lately. I have ended a long term relationship recently and have new job and my children have both left home for college. I know I do have a lot going on so this may be related to all of the changes. Is it normal to feel like every conversation you hear is about giving you clues and hints to a game that you are in but not allowed to really know the rules or why you wouldn't be accepted in the group? I took that sanity test and made a 95. I feel my life would be great right now if it weren't for feeling this pressure to win and not know what I'm supposed to win. I am 45 years old, first time to chat every really, and I'm lonely a lot of the time now but other than that I'm fine. I think it would help me to talk to others about what they have going on and get
some input about my anxiety. ![]() |
