I just took that anxiety quizz that's on this site and scored a 45. So much for denial. I guess it's time I do something about it. Only problem is I dont have a clue to what. Only thing that comes to mind is talking to my new family doc. No clue what to say though or how to bring it up. Anybody got some Ideas? Sorry about lenght on the manic side today.

well if your having a problem with anxiety, talk to your doc, i would consider talking to a therapist too. i know how you feel. when i went to see my doc i didnt know what to say either. i just blurted it out. he said whats troubling you, i said im having anxiety issues. docs here this stuff all the time there are allot of people with these problems, so dont worry about how to bring it up. just say it, the doc will know what to ask from that point on.

Therapy is a must. I have recovered from anxiety and I believe that we are axious because we grew up in an environment that was not secure. Through self understanding you can figure out why you feel insecure and, therefore anxious, and you can reorder your thoughts that you have acquired from your past and become anxiety free. It's all about development and you just need to fix yours....
