Sounds really upsetting! Maybe this will give you an idea how to help? Good thinking with trying the smoking (although replacing one bad habit with another not great :-)

yeah i hated to do that or try to do that but i didnt see anything else at the time that would work. im trying to seek proffesional help but with money situations these days its hard

here's a suggestion-try putting vinegar on your hands/fingers..tastes horrible but no one can see it. evertime you put your hands in your mouth you'll be reminded to take them out of your mouth!!
