Some days it's easy enough for me to leave the house, go to the store, see people...

And other days I can barely go out to check the mail.

I get so paranoid. Worried.
The passing cars bother me. And I hate it when people park in front of my house.

Is this normal?

Hello Kyliejo, Welcome to psych central. I am not sure if what you are explaining is normal so much but it does sound like anxiety so I am sure that you not alone in feeling this way. Anxiety can show up in many mysterious ways. I have struggled for a while with anxiety and what has helped me is a combo of therapy and meds.

Thank you for your input.

I tried therapy, but I think I gave up too soon.
And didn't take it seriously enough.

Medication...I went through several different meds, nothing helped.
I gave up on meds prematurely as well.
