On top of the depression and anxiety now I am suffering from insomnia...Completely unable to function....Stopped taking sleeping pills with the consent of my doctor, he put me on Desyrel but it just doesnt work to help me sleep, I am shaky, dizzy, exhausted, scared, unable to concentrate, have trouble making complete sentences, cannot get out of the house, what a mess!
Will not be able to put up with this much longer, my mind never stops going and going and going, getting dizzy just looking at the screen...
nice weather coming after a very long winter, usually get very excited this time of year but right now so scared and worried

There is some adjustment time needed for the body to get used to not having sleeping pills. Maybe you could ask your Doctor about giving you anti-anxiety meds instead of sleeping pills. Sometimes that will be enough to relax you before going to bed.

Hugs
