I know how you feel. I have really bad panic attacks. Actually I'm on meds now. I wont go without the meds either. Those stupid panic attacks can really ruin your life. Umm before I was on the meds I would have a panic attack almost everyday. My heartbeat felt like it was always ready to jump out of my chest. My Dr. tells me that (which I have done) to breath in for 5 seconds then release back in 5 seconds. It actually helped. Also excercise helps to. If you dont go to a Dr. maybe you should go. If you have those attacks like me I really dont see how your doing it. Hope this helps.
