I posted a trigger because some might find this post a little unsettling. My grandma who suffers severely from varicose veins, one of veins burst while she was washing up. She screamed for us to come help her. I have OCD so certain things are hard for me to do.

Possible trigger:

Seeing the blood just spewing out of her leg was hard but I had to bite the bullet. Blood everywhere

on my hands and my feet, I patched up her leg with some gauze and hospital tape. My heart was racing fast and I felt like could not breathe, but I kept most of my composure and did what I had to do.

Wow, that must have been a scary situation! It sounds like you did exactly what you had to do though, well done!

I hope your grandma is going OK now.

Well Done for biting the bullett......what a horrible situation to go through ..Something similar happened to my Dad .Very scary for every body .Thank goodness you were there to.help her ..Glad your Grandma is getting better ..
