That sounds more like anxiety or even Tourettes.

Is there a particular time where you find it more severe than other times? I knew someone who would blink excessively when nervous during oral presentations. If it's random, my guess would be Tourettes.

I blink all the times but people have noticed i blink more when i am stressed
