I was just diagnosed with ADHD, combined type. I am 35 so it comes as a shock. I really know nothing about this disorder, but it comes along with my bipolar.

I am working on medication for bipolar, but is there anyone here dealing with ADHD without medication? What helps?

lots of alarms. Coffee. a very complex planner....and a deep sense of motivation.
