I can't get anything right. I'm nervouse. My attention span is none. I'm grouchy. Feeling uneasy. I have a DR appt. Don't know how to talk to him about these feelings. I already take meds but, AHHHHHH. Why can't I deal? Some body tell me something useful.

You could take this site's ADHD quiz and share the results at your doctor appointment..

http://psychcentral.com/addquiz.htm

I have ADHD too, I feel the same, am actually feeling that way right now! Nervousness has its own personality inside me it seems

You are not alone, not in the least...

Talk to your doctor like you are having a conversation. Be open and forthright. Provide any details the doctor asks about. Remember you are there to get help. The more you work with the doctor the better the result will be.

Good luck.
