Only a professional can diagnose you with ADHD, nobody here or online can, anyone who has said you do have ADHD is not in a position to do so.

See a professional.

Atreyu, did you take a copy of the test in to your PDoc? I would just keep hammering away and/or convince whoever's paying the PDoc and have them bring your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors (that they've witnessed) up too.
