Hello
I am 24 ,and i suffer from ADD,i just wanted to know that if there is any natural source for Methylphenidate like fruits or foods or herbs?

Naturally occurring stimulants include caffeine, nicotine, cocaine, and ephedra. I wouldn't recommend any of them!

methylphenidate is cheap and you know exactly what dose you are taking when you ingest it. Do you have a physician who will prescribe for you?
