Help! I am newly diagonsed, although I am sure I've had it all my life.

I used to use a lot of caffeine and stopped about 7 years ago... and the symptoms got worse. Is there a connection?
Does stress make the symptoms worse?
I live in San Antonio, Texas, but can't find a support group here for adults with ADHD.

If you could find the name of a therapist who works with ADHD adults, you could ask him/her if they know of any groups. I know an ADHD therapist in my area and he runs his own group but he is also a great source of information about all things ADHD in the area. There is also a group (more educational than therapy) at my local hospital.
