I have ADHD and I am a mother of 2 boys who also have ADHD. My biggest daily challenges are organization and consistency. I know there must be others out there with the same problems! (although I usually feel pretty alone in this sometimes) So when I come across things that work for me I like to share with others. What I have started most recently is ADHD Nanny. You can find them online - just do a search for ADHD Nanny. It is a great family management site where I can post my kids' chores, rewards, goals etc. Since my kids like computer time it is a great way to give them more productive computer time. It has really helped me to have one place where i can keep track of everything and my kids have really enjoyed it. What was really helpful is that one of the "Nannies" helped me get started and organize my family's room. It has worked for us so far and I hope this post can help someone else. Thanks for all the tips others have posted.
