Ok all you ADD & ADHD ers......did everyone forget to take their medication today, or the past week? Is that why there are never any posts here? RE: Did We forget our Meds today? RE: Did We forget our Meds today? RE: Did We forget our Meds today?

I'd like to know that I'm not the only one who forgets what day it is; and or starts scrubbing a floor for so long, so hard that you chaff a layer of skin off your knees -- had to something....couldn't stand just doing writing exercises!!

RE: Did We forget our Meds today? RE: Did We forget our Meds today? RE: Did We forget our Meds today? RE: Did We forget our Meds today? RE: Did We forget our Meds today?

How does one do when your brain is doing 90 nmph in the morning & you've got stacks of things you could do, but you just can't turn off the radio in your head along w/ a thousand other thoughts hitting dead-ends? Can anyone relate? RE: Did We forget our Meds today?

Internet addiction? Agoraphobia? Can't think..,Adderall XR, half the time it puts me asleep......or I RE: Did We forget our Meds today? RE: Did We forget our Meds today? RE: Did We forget our Meds today? RE: Did We forget our Meds today?

Talk to me! RE: Did We forget our Meds today? DAYZEE9

{{{{Dayzee}}}}} I forget my meds everyday. I just decided today that I will make a big sign and put it on my bathroom mirror to remind me to take my morning med. Then I will set my cell phone alarm for 4 hours later to remind me to take my next pill. I have got to start taking my ADD meds. My brain is a blender!!

Let's hear it from you other ADD sufferers. How do you remember to take your meds?

Hugs,

Kelly

Lol as far as I know I don't have ADD or ADHD, but I can relate to some of that.

Hi,

I am diagnosed ADHD; I take Wellbutrin, and some monings I get 1/2 way to work, and then the thought occurs to me, "Did I take my meds?" "I don't remember taking them"; but I'm not sure, so I face the decision of going home at lunch to take them and possibly overdose, or just drink coffee, and go through the day. At times, I compromise and go home, take 1/2 my normal dosage, so, I wouldn't really overdose, and I might just have a smaller dose than normal for the day. I have a pill-box that you can place the meds in for each day, but I forget to use it. OK, I just found it, maybe I'll start using it tomorrow (that means I have to fill it NOW, and then place it on top of the coffee-maker, so I remember to use it in the morning).

Does this thought process seem familiar at all??
