SO I zone out... a lot.

Just wondering, does anyone else ever have trouble zoning back in even when you know that you are zoning out?

For example, I'll be daydreaming, but then someone may ask me a question and I'll be completely aware that they are asking it, but sometimes I have trouble getting back to reality to realize what they are asking and that I am supposed to answer it...

Yes, this happens to me a lot. Are you taking any ADHD meds? I find that when I am taking my meds this doesn't happen very often.

Yep, same with me--I zone out a lot especially when I'm not taking my meds. There have been times where I had to quit driving because of zoning out while I drove.
