My understanding is that strattera is an ADD/ADHD med but lack of fucus and inability to get things done can also be part of bipolar. I would ask your new Doc about a referral for testing when you see them in Jan.

Bipolar and ADHD often overlap. It is possible to have both, as I do. Discuss your concerns about possibily having ADHD (with/without hyperactivity) and he/she will do the appropriate testing needed to confirm the diagnosis. Good luck

I have both. first, I got Ritalin for my ADHD- increasing the dose to desired effect. After a depression, I started on Lamictal.
A stimulant should be first choice for ADHD.
Now, I feel better than ever

So how has your focus been since starting the Strattera?
