Hey anyone who actually reads these...

Okay so I have been truly struggling with trying to study for my boards. I have finished college, but for me to move into the work field I have to pass my boards. I keep putting off the date because I cant seemto sit down and do it. I cant seem to find the focus. I feel hopeless and worried because my test is coming up. My meds seem to not be working like they use to, yet I am on one of the highest doses. Any tips or motivating ideas???

I think maybe you are just psyching yourself out for the boards. Look at it as a chance to prove yourself and how well you can do. It is necessary for your future.
When I have important things come up in my life, I like to meditate or quietly reflect on what the event means to me and how I can do my best at it. Take time each morning to sit and quietly think and reflect...this may help. I know it is hard with ADHD and I struggled in the beginning but with practice I was able to finally suceed. Good luck and I hope things go well for you

I'm laughing at myself, as I just read the last post and was wondering how you study for an ADD assessment. I hope you do well.
