I am the same way. During certain times of the day, especially when I get to work, I cannot sit still and I often get restless. Have you tried excersize? They say your not supose to work out right before bed but maybe if you did it earlier in the day, it would help relieve some excess energy. You may also want to ask your doctor if it's possible that one of the meds you are on could be causing sleeping issues. For example, I told my doctor I was having trouble sleeping and just by taking one of my meds in the morning instead of before bed, it made sleep a tad bit easier. Just some ideas. Hang in there :-)

I took 30-40mg Lexapro last spring... it was awful, made me moody, more depressed, manic, unable to concentrate... it could be the lexapro. Also, if you're bipolar like me, taking an anti-depressant without a mood stabilizer can make you manic.
