I have had it ever since I can remember..I am now in my 30's and I think I am tired of hiding it...My thing is I don't want to see a shrink the whole idea just creeps me out..Can I just go see my normal Dr.? Are there others here in there 30's who just found out they have this also?
Thanks for this!

You can go to a normal doctor for that kind of thing. I'm 20 and my general doctor is the one who diagnosed me since ADHD is technically a medical issue. Some choose to see a shrink for support with comorbid issues and some issues that are a result of their ADHD, but it'd definitely not required
